This is the story of our life and the 40 little toes we have to love. Our quiver is full!

Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him. Children born to a young man are like arrows in a warrior’s hands. How joyful is the man whose quiver is full of them. Psalm 125:3-5

Falling behind...

This fall I seem to be falling behind in all sorts of things like updating our blog. It has been a few weeks again. We have been pretty busy with the usual daily activities that go with a family of six! The kids are gearing up for Thanksgiving break and very quickly after that comes Christmas. Where does the time go?

We have had our fair share of being sick this fall. Right now half the family is sick and the rest of us are hoping to stay well. We are planning to head to see family for Thanksgiving so I am hoping this flu bug does not put a wrench in our plans. We are all ready for some turkey, pumpkin pie, and of course a healthy dose of grandparents and cousins!

So, what have we been up to? A few weeks ago we had the baby dedicated at our church. It was a wonderful day. We were able to have grandparents as well as great grandparents in attendance which made the day extra special. As always, it is a great opportunity for us to share our faith and join together in praying for our littlest family member.

The sweetest baby enjoying her day.
